Note:

Here spoon means normal spoon which we use (as used in video) which size is slightly less than tablespoon and little greater than teaspoon..



Ingredients:

Serving 3-4 person:

For patwadi:

2 spoon Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
A pinch of Hing / Asafoetida
Ginger-Garlic-Green chili-curry leaves paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 cup Water
Salt to taste
1 cup Besan / Chick pea flour
Coriander leaves

For Patwadi Rassa:

7-8 tablespoon Oil intotal
1 big chopped Onion
5-6 Garlic cloves
1/2 inch Ginger pieces
3-4 spoon grated dry Coconut
1 spoon White sesame seeds
1 spoon Poppy seeds powder
Coriander leaves
1 spoon garam masala
1 spoon coriander seeds
2 cardamon
4-5 black pepper seds
1 cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
1 spoon jowar atta
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
3/4th teaspoon turmeric powder
2-3 spoon red chilli powder
coriander leaves
Water
Salt to taste
