#scrum empowers small teams of 6 to 9 people to rapidly build products or solve complex problems, but as organizations scale and bring more people onboard to build products and solve complex problems, it becomes impossibly hard to align those teams of teams and something like #SAFe is required to harness the power of #agile yet align teams with organizational and customer objectives.

#SAFe embraces the 4 #agile values and 12 #agile principles as articulated in the #agilemanifesto yet goes a step further to define and articulate their own #SAFe values and principles.
