This quick 10 min Evening Face Yoga ritual will help you release tension and stress from your face - reducing forehead wrinkles and wrinkles between the eyebrows. At the same time these exercises help reduce puffiness under the eyes and dark circles + help lift the eyelids.
The exercises will help you unwind and relax after a long day and help you reach a good night sleep.

You can do this workout seated, standing or even when already lying in your bed.
