What is Dilute Solution? Chemistry

In this lecture, I will teach you about dilute solution and examples of dilute solution.
Also, I will teach you about the dilution or dilution process.

Q: What is dilute solution?
Ans: A solution which contains small amount of solute dissolved in large amount of solvent is called dilute solution. Dilute solution is prepared when a small amount of solute is dissolved in the large amount of solvent.
For example, when you dissolve a tablespoon of sugar in the water, you get a dilute solution.

Q: What are the examples of dilute solution?
Ans: The examples of dilute solution are:

1) Vinegar

2) Sea water

3) Paints

4) A tablespoon salt dissolved in the water.

Ans: The process of decreasing the concentration of solute by adding more solvent is called dilution.
For example, when you add one glass more water to the sugar solution, this process is called dilution.
