The No. 10/10 Texas women's basketball team led by 21 points, seven rebounds and six assists from freshman Madison Booker took care of TCU, 72-60 on Wednesday at Moody Center.

Taylor Jones recorded 13 points as she made 7-of-9 at the free throw line. Amina Muhammad scored 10 points and grabbed seven rebounds, in her eighth game of

having double digits this season. Shaylee Gonzales scored eight points, making 2-of-4 at the 3-point line. Shay Holle, Khadija Faye, and Aaliyah Moore added six points each.

The Longhorns (16-1, 3-1) closed the second quarter with an 11-2 run to go into halftime up 34-26.

Booker scored nine of the 19 Texas points in the third quarter. In the fourth quarter, TCU closed the gap to one at 56-55, but the Longhorns used a 9-0 run to go up 65-55 on a layup from Taylor Jones. Texas held TCU without a field goal for 5:16 of game time during the fourth quarter.

Texas converted nine free-throws in the final quarter and came away with the 72-60 victory.

Up next Texas travel to Manhattan, Kan., to face No.12/12 Kansas State on Saturday, Jan. 13

at 1:00 p.m. CT on ESPNU.
