This is the second in a series of four warmup and practice sessions that Steven Mead gave on Facebook LIVE through his Steven Mead Euphonium Club Page on Thursday 16th April 2020.
After the introductions and welcomes, Steve goes through several of the important exercises from the previous class, which you can find also on YouTube, and a few exercises were repeated to reinforce the essential teaching elements. The new subjects in today's class were exercises for double-tongue, for fingers, for high range, incorporating aspects of vowel sounds and differing and speeds, and some more advanced lip flexibilities.
At the end Steve challenges everyone to learn some aspects of transposition with a little challenge for the following day's class.
