Chevy Trailblazer Spark Plug Change. This Chevy Trailblazer had quite a few miles on it so we decided to change the spark plugs. I installed new iridium spark plugs in this chevy trailblazer. The coils sit on top of the spark plugs on this 4.2 trailblazer. Wen I started to remove the spark plugs i noticed they were turning out very hard and sounded dry.I sprayed some carb cleaner around the spark plugs on this chevy trailblazer ,and they then came right out.
