Feeling let down is never easy. I filmed this two weeks ago to be honest but haven't had chance to post before now as life has gone nuts, in a good way. Which makes this video even more to the point. I dusted myself off and started over again and incredible things have happened. Why? Because people do have the power to hurt us but they don't have the power to tell us how to react.

I felt I let my self down so many times when I was poorly, because recovery is god damn hard.
How I deal with my anxiety and struggles mentally these days is how I learned to deal with my eating disorder back then. I use my evidence pot.

I really hope this video helps. Those days when you can't see the light, where you beat yourself up, when you feel you've failed. You haven't. Small scale wins...
