- survive the week with me: classes, assignments - 💜🦋✨

depicted one of the most difficult weeks emotionally for me. a little vlog showing what i was up to and some late nights working! ouch.

as you might know, i'm an advocate for acknowledging our bad feelings but not letting them dominate the narrative of our lives! to share my frustrations helps me understand them better by looking back and reflecting on them. sharing most importantly how i got through them, found calm and some joy through struggles, and am fine ! in the end, might be important to some viewer out there. which in return means the absolute world to me. thank you so much for spending a few minutes of your day here, i hope u enjoy this one.

i'm so busy tonight, have to finish a presentation and start a paper...! at least this next week I'll have just two hospital days, so have some extra time to ~study~ hhh
