Описание к видео How to prepare for BCSE & NAVLE for Vet Job in Canada by Dr. Osama Azam. (Basic Guide for Students)

This is part 2 in which Dr. Osama talks about preparation tips for new students who don't know much about IELTS.
In part 1 Dr. Osama shared his own story.
In part 3rd there were questions and answers.

Here are the key points I gathered from this conversation:

BCSE Exam:
225 multiple choice questions, 9 subject domains
Can take exam anytime at Prometric centers in Pakistan (Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi)
Use Zuku review premium to prepare. Notes provided by Osama on his website can also be used.

NAVLE Exam:
Offered 2x per year - Fall (Nov-Dec) and Spring (April)
360 multiple choice questions. 60 questions are unscored.
Need 425/800 points to pass based on proprietary scoring method.
Use Zuku and VetPrep to prepare. Focus on time management as questions are longer than prep materials.
Take mock ICVA test to gauge readiness ($50-70)

Job Application:
No quota for international grads - all compete equally if licensed
Osama applied and got job offer while still in Pakistan after passing NAVLE
Employer handles visa process, no need to show extensive financial records
Can connect interested qualified people directly with recruiting firms Osama used

Overall:
Cheaper and easier to get licensed in Canada through NEB compared to US ECFVG
Requires hard work studying and passing exams - no shortcuts
Reach out to Osama on Instagram if have questions at any stage
