TIP: Beginners, feel free to hold onto the back of a sturdy chair for extra support while doing lunges and squats. This will offload your bodyweight, remove pressure from your knees, and allow you to get deeper into your lunges and squats pain-free!

Complete this 5-minute circuit once if you're a beginner or in a rush. Or, repeat this workout 3x for a full 15-minute workout!
