TIP: Beginners, hold your plank for as long as you can. Tap your knees down when you get tired, take a break, and then pick your knees back up to keep holding the plank! As you get stronger, you will eventually be able to hold your plank the entire interval. You got this!

Complete this 5-minute circuit once if you're a beginner or in a rush. Or, repeat this workout 3x for a full 15-minute workout!
