The Standard Model of Particle Physics - A Level Physics

Описание к видео The Standard Model of Particle Physics - A Level Physics

This video introduces the Standard Model of Particle Physics for A Level Physics.

It's a long video! But this shows the fundamental particles as we know them (in 2016) and the force carriers known as Bosons. The Standard Model of Physics currently consists of 17 particles. There are 5 bosons (4 plus the Higgs boson), 6 leptons and 6 quarks. Quarks can form baryons (3 quarks) and mesons (2 quarks). Baryons and mesons are types of hadrons.

Thanks for watching,

Lewis
