ADT is expensive!!! You pay for them installing and maintaining the equipment and it's worth it IF you cannot or will not DO IT YOURSELF (DIY). Ring equipment is every bit as good as the stuff ADT uses. Installing the alarm can seem a bit daunting but if you are up for the challenge, anyone CAN do it. In this video I show how to install the RING Keypad where the ADT Keypad used to be. A replacement actually. It's tricky because the ADT keypad has a secret spot to remove it and the mounting won't always work for the Ring keypad. In this case, the mounting DID NOT FIT so we had to adapt a little bit. If I can do it, so can you!
