How to set up the Elgato HD to OBS recording + streaming PS4 gameplay

This is how I've been running my console streaming and recording over the years using OBS and the Elgato capture card.

I don't see anymore Elgato HDs for sale but there are still the newer 60fps ones and 4k capture cards. I would recommend shopping around and doing research on it before purchasing.
