This is my super yummy and delicious salted egg crispy fried chicken wings recipe

INGREDIENTS
-1Kilo chicken wings sliced (tip removed)
-4Tbsp cornstarch
-3-4Tbsp fish sauce
-ground black pepper
-2cups all purpose flour
-oil for frying
-5cloves garlic chopped
-100g-150g butter
-1Tbsp chili flakes
-6-7pcs salted egg yolks mashed
