So, Multani Mitti from the ancient wisdom books of India and from ancient times it has been used as a cleanser. It's basically mud. We all know this. It's clay in its pores. What is clay? Clay is something which does not have any pores in it. So it's extremely smooth. Now, when you apply Multani Mitti on your face or on your hair, because it has a tendency to absorb everything around it, moisture, it does not have any moisture. Along with the moisture, it also absorbs all the impurities. There are three ways in which you can use Multani Mitti for the most effective skin care. First, you can use Multani Mitti as a plain paste. Just apply it for 5 minutes. Give it enough time to work on your pores, and it works. For your hair, you may need to apply it for half an hour, and then you can wash it off with plain water. Don't shampoo it. Second, you can use Multani Mitti as a base, and you can mix Vitamin E oil into it. That makes a very good paste for a nice shiny skin. Third, you can use Multani Mitti with a fruit. Use Multani Mitti as a base. To that, you can add a mashed banana. It works like an instant facelift. It also goes into making sure that the elastin in the face becomes much more tightened, and you will find that your face will look much shinier, much more taut. But Multani Mitti is basically for your impurity corrections. Multani Mitti can be used very well for a hair mask also. And how do you use it? You take about four parts of Multani Mitti and two parts of curd. So one is to two. Mix them well, and you can add one spoon of Methi powder. Apply this for about 45 minutes to your hair. Do not let it dry too much because if it dries too much, you will not be able to wash it off easily. And don't use hot water. These are the only two precautions which you need with the Multani Mitti. Vitamin E provides a lot of antioxidant support for the hair. So with this pack, you will be able to see that your hair grows smooth, and it also straightens your hair. It always reduces the frizziness of the hair and makes it much less brittle. Multani Mitti face mask is a very great blessing for women who go out every day, who need to expose their skin to the sun every day or who need to go, and kind of you know, the pollutants around in your air are affecting your face. What you can do is two tablespoons of Multani Mitti. To that, you can add one egg white and a spoonful of curd. Mix them so nicely that they're blended evenly. Apply it to your face. Let it be there for about an hour. It'll tighten up your face. If it's possible, lie down flat so that the muscles are tightened in the right direction. Avoid the eye area because the eye area has a lot of water behind it. And if Multani Mitti is applied around your eyes, you will actually have more lines. So avoid the eye area but apply the mask tight and straight, and then lie down straight for about an hour and wash it off with clean water and see yourself glow. Multani Mitti is extremely beneficial for acne, for pimples and even for the scars of the pimples which people often get, and they're pretty disfiguring. When you're having an active pimple or when you're having an active acne on your face, then you can apply Multani Mitti with a little curd and a little turmeric. Turmeric is an antiseptic, and curd contains very mild Lactobacillus. They will help metabolise the bacteria within and clean up your face. And you can apply this mask almost every alternate day.
