Hello friends welcome to my YouTube channel today we are making decisions and easy ghoreh pickle.
Ghoreh pickle is one of the delicious Iranian pickles that is prepared using various methods. To make this pickle, you need 2 kg of unripe grapes, 3 tablespoons of salt, sufficient boiled water, and vinegar as needed. First, separate the grapes from the clusters and wash them thoroughly. Drain the excess water and ensure there is no moisture left on the grapes. Clean and dry glass jars with lids. Place the grapes in the jars and add salt on top. Fill the empty space with cooled boiled water and seal the jars tightly. Store the jars in a cool and dry place for 2 weeks until the pickles are ready to be consumed.
Ghoreh pickle is one of the delicious Iranian pickles that is prepared using various methods.
Ingredients for Ghoreh pickle:
- 2 kg of Ghoreh (unripe grapes)
- 3 tablespoons of salt
- Sufficient boiled water
- Vinegar as needed

To prepare Ghoreh pickle, first, you need to obtain suitable Ghoreh. It is recommended to use larger-sized grapes as they will result in a more attractive and beautiful pickle.

In this step, separate the grapes carefully from the clusters and place them in a colander. Then, wash the grapes and set them aside until all the excess water is drained and there is no moisture left on their surface.

Note that the presence of moisture on the surface of the grapes or the pickle container can cause mold. Next, wash the glass jars with lids thoroughly and use a clean towel to completely dry the inside of the jars.

In this stage, pour the grapes into the jars and add 1 tablespoon of salt on top of each jar. Then, fill the empty space inside the jars with cooled boiled water.

Now, tightly close the lids of the jars so that no air enters the jars. Place the pickle jars in a dry and cool place to let the pickles mature. After 2 weeks, the pickles will be ready for consumption.
