KARE KARE RECIPE | Filipino Kare Kare Oxtail and Beef Tripe

Please give me a spoonful of steamed rice and bagoong, and we will call it a day. Yeah, Kare-Kare is everyone's favorite. This is a beef stew combined with a thick and heavy peanut sauce, string beans, eggplants, and petchay.

Ingredients:
2 kilograms Ox Tail
1 kilogram Beef Tripe
3 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon peppercorns
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 whole minced garlic
2 medium size chopped onions
1 teaspoon pepper powder
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon annatoo powder
1 1/2 cups peaunut butter
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon peppercorns
1 kilogram string beans
1 kilogram eggplant
5 bundle petchay
sweetened bagoong
