COWBOY COLADA cocktail

A perfectly named libation, easy to call at a bar, and is a tasty aged bourbon followed by a creamy pineapple linger. Super smooth sipper. Tribute to Pendelton Whiskey recipe. Comes in at 22% ABV.

MIXING NOTES: Use your favorite bourbon or whiskey. Coconut syrup does not split (curdle) during shaking (as some creams may do), so adding heavy cream after shaking, as a last step works (it was not shown in video).

3 Knob Creek 9YO bourbon (Kentucky 100 proof)
3 fresh pressed pineapple juice
¾ Liber coconut syrup
1/8 rich clover honey syrup (2:1)
Shake dry, pour all over ice filled piña colada glass
½ whipping cream, stir in
Speared pineapple wedge with Luxardo cherry, straw
