This is a recipe I came up from looking at recipes on line and asking questions at my favorite Asian food market. I had always wondered how they made their pork so red. The answer was red food coloring. These rib tips came out better than even I expected. I may need to do this on a full rack of ribs. Anyway try this out, or try your variation of this recipe. You wont be disappointed.
