Hiking on Værøy, Lofoten.

ærøy is located far west in Lofoten.
The special mountains on Værøy are steep, but at the same time easy to walk in. The most famous mountain hike is Håheia. We stayed on Værøy for three days and hiked most of the mountains.
We also hiked to the abandoned place Måstad and hiked up the steep slopes to Måstadheia and Måhornet.
If you want to visit Værøy you have to travel by ferry ether from Moskenes or Bodø. You can also take a helicopter from Bodø.
