The continued gun violence that's happening across the city was up close to one man's home Monday. The violence has him frustrated over police presence that he says seems to come and go--here for big events like the Preakness, then diminishes, he says.


It was an alarming afternoon for Jimmy Harper. He shared his concerns while sitting on his porch with a friend on Oakley Avenue, with a crime scene in front of his home.


"Somebody need to do something about these guns...too many guns out here," said Harper.
