Pomodoro timers can help create a sense of urgency and competition (great ADHD motivators) as you race against the clock to hit your target before the clock runs out! Background lofi music can provide some novelty & stimulation to help motivate you throughout the focus intervals.

In this video we'll do 4 intervals of 25 minutes, with 5 minute breaks in between. You'll hear a chime at the end of each work interval.
