In this video I explain how and when to do the Wim Hof breathing technique. When I first began learning about this method I really had a hard time understanding exactly how to do the method correctly. It took time of just diving in and feeling what the method feels like to fully understand how. Feeling is understanding so the more you actually just do this method the more you will understand how to do it correctly.

When - You can do this method anytime of the day as long as you are not driving or in water. You do want to be relaxed laying or sitting down in a comfortable position. They do say the absolute most effective time is in the morning on an empty stomach.

The Routine:
30-50 deep inhales as deep as you can and just letting the air fall out.
After your breaths let all of the air our of your lungs and hold for as long as you can. Attempt to quite your mind and just feel and witness.
When you cannot hold your breath any longer you take one big breath in, hold and squeeze for about 15 seconds.
Let all air out and begin your next round!
