Ingredients for Butter Paneer: 250 grams paneer, 6 tomatoes, cut into pieces, 15 cashew nuts, 5 garlic (crushed) 2 tbsp butter, salt to taste, red chilli powder, 2 tbsp kasoori methi, 1 tsp sugar (optional), cream, 2-3 tbsp milk.

How to make Butter Paneer
1.Put butter in a pan, once it melts, add garlic, cinnamon and cashews. Fry them until their color changes. 2. Add tomatoes to it. Fry it until the tomato becomes soft and add red chilli and salt to it. Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes and grind it to make a paste. 3. Take another pan, add a tablespoon of butter in it and fry the paneer pieces until they turn golden brown on both sides. Take out the paneer pieces from the oil. 4. Add tomato-cashew paste in the same pan. Cook it on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. 5. Now add Kasuri Methi and sugar in it. Cook it on low flame for a minute. 6. Add milk and cheese to it. (Keep the quantity of milk in the gravy as per your choice) 7. Add cream and serve it.
