What is the CSCS?

🏋🏽‍♂️ It is a certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

CSCS stands for: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

⭐️ It is the gold standard in S&C and great for Strength Coaches, Personal Trainers, Sports Physical Therapists, etc.

It is a very challenging exam much harder than a Certified Personal Trainer Exam.
