INGREDIENTS:-

1. Boti 1750 gms (1.75kgs)
2. onion 750 gms chopped
3. salt
4. turmeric
5. red chilli powder
6. ginger garlic paste
7. oil 100 ml
8. cumin seeds (shah jeera) 1tbsp
9. cinnamon ( dalchini) 4 pieces
10. clove ( laung) 8 pieces
11.corinder seeds ( dhania powder roasted) 1 tbsp
12. bay leaves ( tej patta ) 7
13. corinder leaves ( hara dhania) 1 bunch
14. mint ( pudina) 1 bunch
15. green chillies 6
