this vlog is about Way to go Mysterious Lake Roopkund.
Me Along with my four villagers started to hike Roopkund from My Village Harni Which is in altitude of approx 7400ft.
Harni is near to Mundoli Lohajung or it is 9km far from Lohajung.
my Village is also a Stopover of Asia's Biggest Religious Hike or tramp also known as Nanda Devi Rajjat Yatra.
Trek Route:-
Dehradun to Basecamp Lohajung:-290km
Haldwani to Basecamp Lohajung:-224km
Lohajung to Latu Dham Wan:-15km
wan to Gairuali Patal then Badini Bugyal:-13km
Badini Bugyal to Bhagwa Basa BaseCamp:-7km
Bhagwa Basa to Roopkund:-3km
it took approx 3-4 days(max) for locals to trek Roopkund but for trekking groups trek duration is one Week.
so First you need to reach Roopkund Basecamp Lohajung there you will find most of trekking stuff after that you'll go to Latu Dham Wan which is the last village of Roopkund trek There you must have to visit Latu Devta Temple Then you tends to Gairuali Patal where you need to give some details after that you'll go to Badini Bugyal where you can't stay in night so you need to go to Patar Nachni then finally you'll reached to Bhagwa Basa Basecamp.
