This basketball drill is designed to help you work on your crossover dribbles when attacking players 1 on 1 and finishing strong to the basket with a lay-up, it is recommended bigger players board tap or dunk to finish. Work on Crossover, Through the legs, behind the back and spin dribbles. Protect your dribble on the crossover and keep your head up and finish with the hand away from the defence. Do 3 sets, with 1 minute rest in between.
