Trust in the context of workplace refers to our ability to predict what other people will do and what situations will occur – that may be in support of our wellbeing.

Trusting our manager, for example, means we accept that we are vulnerable to their actions and, at the same time, expect that s/he will behave honestly and with integrity despite the circumstances.
