[Instructor] Fifth finger extension stretch.

While seated place affected hand on a table, palm flat facing down, have fingers spread out and try to keep fingers in extension for 10 seconds.

One two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.

Slowly return to start position.

Perform one set of 10 repetitions twice a day for five days a week.
