The steel pot was made in the 1950's based on the heatstamp. The liner and headband are marked from the 70s and 80s.

These helmets usually go for about $80 to $100 on ebay, and I got this sucker for $25. Just goes to show that you can find surplus about anywhere if you keep your eyes open.
