1998 - Tackling Fires Safely

Описание к видео 1998 - Tackling Fires Safely

One of many training films made around this time to reflect the change in the UK in 1997 from the nearly 30 year trend of colouring the whole body of the extinguisher to reflect the contents to them all being red in colour with minimal colour coding.

Careful viewers may note in the mechanic's garage scene a 1970's Rampart 3lb cartridge operated BC Powder extinguisher on the shelf suggesting outside of filming the location had rather ancient fire cover - also in the office scene near the end with the smoke and flame superimposed on the shot when the operator retreats and shuts the door a glimpse of a First Alert Kitchen BC Powder extinguisher (imported from the US for the UK market) fastened to the wall!
