ブリックは半熟卵のトロトロさとパリッと揚げた皮のコントラストな食感が最高な一品。
ファティマの指は、ゆで卵を使用した少し小ぶりな春巻きです。
材料もシンプルで手に入りやすいもので、意外と簡単につくれます。
どちらもお酒泥棒な揚げ物♩ピリ辛調味料のハリッサと合わせるのもオススメです!

マルスーカ(春巻きの皮で代用可) 2枚
卵 2個(ブリック1個につき、卵1個)
ツナ1缶 (有塩)
玉ねぎ(中)1/2個(みじん切り)
イタリアンパセリ1/2束 (みじん切り)

塩、黒こしょう 適量
オリーブオイル 大さじ1
揚げ物用の植物油

※ファティマの指の場合は、卵は茹でる
