Ingredients:
500/550 grams of duck meat, 300 grams of onion, 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 4-5 whole red chilies, 4-5 cloves, 8-10 peppercorns, 2 green cardamoms, 2 black cardamoms, 1 bay leaf, 1/2 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1/2 tablespoon of cumin powder, 1/2 tablespoon of Garam Masala, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri chili powder, Salt as per taste, approx 1/2 cup of mustard oil, and a few chopped coriander leaves.
