When Your Boss Ignores Your Doctor for Georgia Workers Compensation

This problem where an employer refuses to honor a light duty return to work can put you in a very difficult situation. Unbelievably, if you do actually return to full duty work and re-injure yourself, your employer and their insurance company can controvert (terminate) your claim because you disregarded doctor's orders!


Further, returning to work beyond what is medically appropriate can result in further injury to you. Not a good situation.
