GARAM MASALA RECIPE:    • હવે ગરમ મસાલો ઘરે ટેસ્ટ માં બેસ્ટ બનશ...  

Ingredients:
Potatoes - 400 grams
Besan - 1 Cup
Rice Flour - 3 Spoons
Hing - 1/4 Tsp
Salt
Water - 1 Glass
Poha - 3 Spoons
Paste of 3 green chilly and 1 inch ginger
Salted Peanuts - 3 Spoons
Coriander
Powdered Sugar - 2 Spoons
Aamchur powder - 1/2 Tsp
Baking Soda - 2 Pinch

FOR MASALA:
Dhana - 1.5 Tbsp
Variyali (Fennel Seeds) - 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
White Sesame Seeds - 2 Tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Red Chilly Powder - 2 Tsp
Black Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Aamchur powder - 1 Tsp
Sugar - 2 Tbsp
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
