3 Cups Water
1 Cup Rice Flour
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Carrom Seeds
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Ginger Green Chilly Paste
Salt to Taste
2 tbsp Green Garlic
1 tsp Fresh Coriander
1/4 tsp Baking Soda (Optional)

For Serving:
Groundnut Oil
Achar Masala
