This lower body Pilates Slide workout mixes Pilates Mat flows with sliding flows. Quick but challenging!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR CLASS:
—A dish towel/slider (paper plates work if you're on carpet)
—Resistance band loop (I'm using a heavy band) - this is the set I use http://amzn.to/2r952Ai

Pilates Slide classes mix Mat Pilates work with sliding sequences inspired by the megaformer. Class is a continuous flow from warm up, through mat and slider sequences, and into a cool down. I'll guide you through it all.

A big part of what makes this class challenging is the endurance aspect. So if you need to modify, simply pause the video and take breaks instead of doing it in one continuous flow.

This class focuses on lower body.
