Mitsubishi MRL Elevator - Chuo Park, Kagoshima, JP

A typical newer Mitsubishi AXIEZ elevator in a parking garage underneath a public park. Has bilingual voice announcement, so it's worth a take. It also features the newest LCD interface with improved animation, such as faster spinning arrow and floor number with less blinking animation.

The "RAPID MODE" words on the floor indicator means that the elevator is running on "super variable speed system". If the number of passengers is less than the capacity, the elevator speed will be increased according to the number of passenger. Even when there's no one inside the elevator will run faster than the rated speed, thus shorten the waiting and travel time. Wish we have that in our Mitsubishis in Southeast Asia though.
