My first inflight video for a long time on the channel. This time it's Jet2 to Krakow. I have to say I was very impressed with Jet2. Particular stand outs were the cleanliness of the cabin, the standard of service from the crew and excellent on-time performance despite departing late!

The highlight for me was undoubtedly flying on one of Jet2's older 737 airframes - going on 25 years old! This particular airframe (G-GDFF) is also one of the few 737s in Jet2's fleet not fitted with winglets.
This was matched by the sight of some of the gems nestling in Krakow Airport's military base upon arrival including Casa 295s and PZL M28 Skytrucks. Seeing the Ukrainian Presidential A319 was also a nice bonus.

Set 19F was my seat for the flight which was fine however being directly over the wing meant I had a relatively poor view outside. Nonetheless, this didn't stop me getting perhaps the best aerial view of Manchester Airport I've ever had upon departure from Runway 23R.
A lovely sunset, some nice scenery, and the first glimpse of the Tatra mountains can also be seen on approach to Krakow.
