Advocate Waqas Malik, a former secretary of Islamabad High Court Bar Association, today approached judges disciplinary body Supreme Judicial Council. He has raised some serious allegations against Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani, one of the six judges who had written an unprecedented letter alleging intimidation by powerful Inter Services Intelligence (ISI).
