It contains all the exercises you need to build a strong, fit and flexible body with the added benefit that the movements are safe for osteoporosis and osteopoenia and indeed anyone who wants to avoid spinal flexion. This workout will help you to strengthen the muscles around the spine and your core and with regular practice will ensure that you stay strong for the future.
