Review: Accurascale Class 92 92003 "Beethoven", Railfreight Grey, DCC Sound. Running problems found.

Part 1 of my review of the Accurascale Class 92, specifically ACC2191-92003 which is in the Railfreight Grey livery with DCC Sound Fitted.

At the back end of this review, the model started to exhibit running problems along with excessive current draw and current spikes of 600mA - 900mA even at only 33% power applied. Other owners have now started reporting similar issues. I have deferred my usual final scoring and recommendation from this review pending further feedback and my own testing of a 2nd model.
