If you grew up with the NTSC version you missed a few things that only the PAL version has.
Repeating Traffic and glitched map render out of bounds.

Strange is that this out of bounds repeat render is also present on older NTSC builds aswell what means this was patched for NTSC final builds only.

I wonder why this still only happens to final PAL versions because the game seemed to be released only "a few days later" in europe so there was not much time to change that.
Especially because it was released later than the NTSC version?

What is different in these versions internally that this happens?
This sure is really interesting.

They possibly tried to remove the repeat render in some way on the NTSC version but why didn't that happen to the PAL version also?
It feels like that the game was split into 2 seperate builds in the end.

Also for some reason the radar position is different in the US and EU build...

Seems it is almost impossible to tell what of the demo versions are NTSC or PAL because there is no SLES or SLUS and if used on ePSXe it displays them all as NTSC. Maybe they are all internally?
So i simply call demos that i got from france euro demos PAL and the other ones NTSC.
This is another thing that has always been a myth to me.
