PS2 DECKARD IOP Issues - Driver - You are the Wheelman PS1/PSX (SCPH-90004)

Driver - You are the Wheelman is also a game which have issues with the DECKARD IOP emulation.
I think it's partly incompatible, because it's playable.

The problem is that Sony replaced the PS1 CPU (MIPS R3000A Custom) since the SCPH-750xx V14 model with a PowerPC 405 RISC CPU.
The PS1 CPU was clocked at 37,5 MHZ and was used as IOP (Input / Outpout Prozessor).
For PS1 Emulation it clocked down to 33,8 MHz.
Since the named models, it was emulated (DECKARD IOP) by the PowerPC CPU.
This caused problems with PS1 and PS2 games.
Sony fixed some PS2 titles since the SCPH-770xx V15 models, but they not fixed the problems with the PS1 emulation.
You can see if your console is using the DECKARD IOP emulation at your model number, or just look if you have the PlayStation Driver 2.00 in the browser.
I must correct me, Driver is on Sony's US list marked as incompatible.
More games can be causes issues.
