Trip took me to Silloth , nice overnight stay at the RNLI car park , toilets and bins and 4G there’s a wee shop in the RNLI where you can buy trinkets:
Nice peaceful night spent there at the promenade:
The monument where Edward longshanks died , Susan and I visited it a few years ago , small stones where taken from there and placed on Roberts cairn in the garden :
I hope this visit makes you want to visit the place , you’ll be surprised by just how clean and tidy it is:
