The 3rd part in the 6-part mini-series covering the 21 "missing" miles of the Lackawanna Cut-Off between Andover NJ and Slateford Junction in the Delaware Water Gap (Pennsylvania). In this episode we'll pick up where we left off in Part B (Johnsonburg) and travel to Blairstown, about 4 miles. In between, we'll see Armstrong Cut, which collapsed in 1941; 5 overhead bridges; the remnants of Johnsonburg Siding; and the late Mayor Charlie Rydell's farm, where in 1924 a Lackawanna crew saw a raging fire, stopped their train, woke the family, saved the farm house, and possibly saved the family.
