I hope you enjoy this calming sequence to ease anxiety during the 2 week wait. My focus here is bring awareness to the breath, move intentionally & calm your nervous system.

When to practice: You can start this video from the day after ovulation onwards. Feel free to practice any time of the day that suits you. Because it's quite a calming sequence, evenings are a lovely time to practice this to assist with sleep.

How often to practice: I usually recommend 3 x per week, but a maximum of 6 x per week. Always leave a day of rest.
